Larry Pickering has over 25 years of experience in the architectural and construction industries. During that time he has been involved in a wide range of projects including commercial/retail, educational, health care, industrial, institutional and residential. His architectural experience includes all aspects from schematic design through construction administration and field observations. His construction experience includes project management and estimating, direct site supervision as well as field construction practices.
With a background in both the design and construction fields his insight into the intricate and sometimes delicate balances between design and construction has proven itself many times. Larry has the ability to look and analyze the relationships between ideas on paper, conditions on the ground and the costs involved in a given project and the interrelationship of these aspects are critical in bringing a project to a successful conclusion.
