The central concept of the Masterplan provides a series of well landscaped courtyards between the buildings and a continuous pedestrian plaza linking the street side entrances of all the buildings. The Plaza is elevated slightly from the street sidewalk yet maintains visual connection with passing cars and pedestrians. Several physical stepped pathways from the sidewalk and street parallel parking are provided at each of the signs marking the individual tenants. The signs are also serve as landscape art objects creating a secondary visual rhythm and connection to link the spaces.
